...was absolutely amazing!

I loved the dancing especially (seeing as I love to dance, that's not a surprise), but the singing and acting were great as well. And the show itself was very entertaining.

Unfortunately, they accidentally double sold our amazing seats, and the other people got their before we did.  So we ended up in row T off to the side (still orchestra level). They weren't bad seats, but when we could have had seats in row H more towards the center, it was very disappointing. Oh well, I only paid $25 (and the theater didn't make any profit from our tickets since they donated them), so I can't really complain...

Oh, I envy you! I've only seen one musical live, and even though it was a matinee performance, which meant we saw the B cast, the experience was awesome!

And I've only seen the movie version of Chicago, but I can guess that the live show=lots of fun!

I'm lucky. Not only do I love musicals, but my mom loves them too and will take the family to see them. I also work as an usher for a local theater when I'm home. That means I've seen quite a few live musicals from community theater to local professional productions to Broadway (of course, mostly the first two). I've also been in several musicals through my church choir, community theater, or my high school. I mostly had just ensemble roles, but it was still a lot of fun, and I really miss it now that I'm in college!

I've not seen the movie version of Chicago, but I've been meaning too!
