I'm the most indecisive person in the world, and am having the hardest time deciding on a camp name for the summer! My best friend says it should have something to do with dancing, as that's one of the things I absolutely love doing, but I couldn't come up with anything good. I also thought briefly of rocking the school spirit and being something to do with bears, but didn't have any real ideas for that either (I guess I could just combine the two and be Dancing Bear!). At any rate, here are my top 8 choices at the moment, in a poll because polls are fun. So vote, and if you have any other cool ideas you didn't mention earlier, put them in the comments.[Poll #1391080][Poll #1391080]

Someone is standing near my on-campus apartment building playing bagpipes! It sounds amazing. I heard it walking to the building, and am now sitting in my room with my window open. When the wind is blowing the right way and he's playing loud enough, the sound wafts into my room.  I wish I could just sit outside and listen, but alas, I have too many things to do (which, apparently, include updating my LJ. Figures.)

Anyway, I think it's so neat when people just go somewhere public and play music. I've heard bagpipes here before (it may have been the same guy), and once I walked by while some guy was sitting and playing a wooden flute.  And of course, hearing guitars or people singing is fairly common. Most seem to be playing just for themselves (which actually appeals to me even more), but I'm glad they allow others to listen.

Song Meme

So there are a couple of things I've been meaning to post about, but have been too lazy. Apparently, however, I'm not too lazy to do a meme...

Step 1: Put your MP3 player or whatever on random.
Step 2: Post the first line(s) from the first 20 songs that play, no matter how embarrassing the song. (Skip the instrumentals, the remixes and the mashups)
Step 3: Let everyone you know guess what song and artist the lines come from.
Step 4: Strike out the songs when someone guesses correctly.
